• Manage & Monitor the sped as approved and released of purchase orders to approved suppliers as per agreed commercials

• Coordinate with user functions at cluster and the vendors for aligning and coordination for Import and domestic deliveries (which includes picking of materials from vendor premises or ports as the case may be)
• Support business in working capital management and cost savings deliverable by value engineering, also bring innovation from market to business.
• Work closely at cluster with the senior members of cross functional teams i.e. Network, Marketing, Sales, Customer Services, Retail, Finance, HR & Admin for supporting the business needs, ir as the case may be.
• Management of multiple end-to-end sourcing projects
• Prepare annual contracts/agreement, renewals, issue purchase orders for timely procurement of good and services for smooth operation.
• Continuous Innovation in process, customer centric approach to achieve business objectives and industry benchmarking in terms of cost and processes
• Coordinate closely with central sourcing team and corporate for all actions
• Responsible for supplier selection, negotiation finalization and contracting in close coordination with multiple stakeholders within clusters & corporate

• Vendor identification
• Vendor selection, as per Financial and Technical feasibility analysis and compliance with statutory and HSW norms and Vendor onboarding
• Finalization of SOW / Specifications
• Negotiation by using various tools like RFQ/RFP, E-Bidding & costing
• NFA approval and Contract finalization
• ARIBA Contract management
• Issue POs and manage delivery of goods & services
• Inventory management
• Resolving techno commercial issues
• Vendor Management
• Vendor Performance Evaluation
• Monitor complete P2P cycle (Procure to pay).
• Process compliance to ITCMS and Internal Audits
• Ensure performance in national dashboards HSW & BSC (Balance Score Card)

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience5 to 6 years of experience in Core Finance and accounts. Knowledge of accounts and accounting concept and Financial closure including provisioning. Knowledge of GST and TDS compliance is must.Must have technical / professional qualificationsChartered Accountant/Post GraduationWorking knowledge of SAP, S4HANA will be added advantage.
