To support the business within a country with complex analysis, reporting, forecasts etc. (typically very large to large revenue) and may coordinate a team of specialists. To act as a Business Partner for BPA within a country, providing insightful and value-added analysis and decision support to the management team.Major accountabilities:Identify key strategic topics and drive innovative solutions, automation of standard BPA (Business Planning and Analysis) processes. Actively contribute in BPC system integration to facilitate month end close of planning modules

  • Ability to map countrys existing planning process in BPC, identify gaps if any and work towards streamlining the process. Lead change management and manage requests from customers
  • Define standard methodologies in terms of planning process and reporting (analytics).Provide dedicated operational support, service quality, application optimization & maintenance to the OnePlanning (BPC) and Analytics. Lead improvements, Collaborate with Application Architect and business lead to investigate and define solutions that deliver business value
  • Conduct online and classroom-training sessions, prepare and deliver effective presentations and run delivery of user documents. Manage deliverables and operational activities smoothly with high quality and within stipulated time and costs. Lead client conversation and manage key stakeholders.
  • Liaise with customer groups and other IT functions to optimize user support. Ensure close collaboration with appropriate system owners and key stakeholders in business. Support and maintain multiple BPC applications for the Group BPA community
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans. Develop team in supporting business users in day-to-day activities related to business planning
  • Expertise in key concepts such as Currency Conversion, Work Status, Business Process Flow, Security mechanism, Member formulas, EPM functions in BPC etc.
  • Should have good understanding of data flow (inbounds, internal and external BPC interfaces) and SAP concepts
What youll bring to the role:The person should have must have at least 2 full lifecycles implementation experience in implementing EPM technology, expertise in SAP BPC. Functional experience in Finance transformation projects and must have team-leading experience.Why Sandoz?
