Inviting applications for the role of Manager - Billing & Collections Quality Assurance! Responsibilities . Knowledge of Market Reform Contract (Slip), it%27s sections and details such as written line, Sign Line etc. as well as carrier generated policy documentation. . Lead a team of QA Auditors, guide the QA team in conducting BAU audits for various business processes (Credit Control, Billing & Collections) for insurance client organization . Develop QA roadmap for entire Billing & Collections organization and successful implementation. . Audit governance & Compliance . Value add analysis, hiring, training and Performance Management of QAs . Developing procedures, key performance measurement criteria for QA team, tracking and verifying corrective actions arising from QA Reviews . Ensure that the quality assurance (QA) test program adhere compliance with department policies and standards, for audit files, risk assessment process and audit closure verification processes. Reviews apply to all insurance business processes globally . Present themes and observations at floor/operations team meetings, Quality Review Meetings with client stakeholders . Draft detailed QA reports to high standard and conduct meetings with operations teams and leadership . Reporting & Error trend analysis (processor/ team/ error wise analysis) . Quality Dashboards , Quality Reviews . Organizing QA certification programs Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications . Graduate in any stream except Technical Preferred Qualifications/ Skills . Previous audit experience preferably within insurance industry . Proficient understanding of the methodology supporting internal audit process including risk assessments, planning, inherent risk, testing procedures, reporting, and audit workpaper files . Ability to multi-task various projects and deadlines . Ability to work independently . Strong verbal and written communication skills . Candidate should be disciplined, committed and focused .
