Manager Corporate Communications About Team: The Corporate Communications team at Myntra manages the gamut of activities concerned with sharing organizational communications with both internal and external stakeholders. This supports the organization in maintaining consistency and uniformity of messages, identity and image across all channels. Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a go-getter corporate communications professional who ensures that by the way of effective internal communications strategies and engagement events, employees stay connected with the organisations mission, purpose, and goals. The role requires a highly enthusiastic candidate, comfortable in excelling in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated learning agility. Responsibilities:
Support the internal communication strategies that help connect employees with the organisations vision, purpose and goals.
Write high-quality and creative content for different communications platforms - including company website, newsletter, event copies, leadership communication, across floors, company blog, website and official brand social media handles.
Plan and execute a variety of engagement events at Myntra to foster meaningful employee involvement. This includes cultural, business, and other events resonating to the core of the business such as Employee Town Halls, brand launches/ milestone celebrations, marquee fashion events, CSR initiatives, D&I events, and leadership connect forums.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments across the board, including business, HR, Employer Branding teams, to disseminate relevant communications, with respect to people, culture and business, as well as campaigns
Drive content on blog as well as employee-led campaigns on social media
Manage relationships with agencies and other stakeholders
Support the Corporate Communications team with respect to managing external engagements and when necessary
Drive impact narrative on social media channels and blog for the corporate story telling on Myntra
Emcee internal events as and when required
Qualifications and Experience
5+ years of experience in internal communications and employee engagement roles
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience of managing different internal communications mediums and how they can be leveraged to amplify the message.
Action oriented with a strong focus on results
Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Understanding of external communications is a plus
