Position Overview As the Learning and Development Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive learning and development programs to enhance the skills / knowledge / performance of the Sales team pertaining to products, processes and systems. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop tailored learning solutions, and measure the effectiveness of training initiatives by capturing feedback regularly. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for employee development and a keen understanding of industry trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic learning and development plan aligned with organizational goals and objectives
Conduct regular needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization
Design, deliver, and evaluate a variety of training programs, including onboarding, technical skills training, leadership development, and compliance training
Collaborate with Product marketing / Subject matter experts to develop high-quality training materials, resources, and e-learning modules
Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques, including classroom training, online learning, workshops, and coaching
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, surveys, and performance metrics, and make continuous improvements based on findings
Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development
Collaborate with external vendors / training providers as needed to supplement internal training offerings
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field; Master\'s degree preferred
Must have: Proven experience (at least 6 years) in learning and development, training, or talent development roles, preferably within the Payment or FinTech industry
Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and training delivery techniques
Experience with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other training technology solutions
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Demonstrated project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Analytical mindset with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure training effectiveness and impact
Creative problem solver with a passion for continuous learning and improvement
