Job Title: Manager, Talent Acquisition Job Summary: The Manager of Talent Acquisition plays a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our construction and real estate projects. They will lead the recruitment efforts, develop innovative strategies to identify and engage candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring process. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition within the construction and real estate industry, with a proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels. Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to meet the company\'s staffing needs and goals. Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and industry associations to expand the talent pipeline. Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates\' qualifications and fit for specific roles. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide guidance on hiring best practices. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout. Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment strategies. Analyze recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management on hiring effectiveness and performance. Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice within the construction and real estate sector. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 7 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the construction and real estate industry. Proven track record of successfully filling positions at various levels, from entry-level to executive roles. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners. Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Professional certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
