Position Summary: Providing expertise by using effective sales strategies, companies convert customers, enhance their customer experience and improve their client relationship. Applying solution-based services to prospective and current clients, supporting a team of assigned Global Account Executives and direct leadership of Solution Engineer and Product Specialists. Assist sellers in all aspects of RFP responses, web conferencing system demos and on site presentations to drive revenue through continuing education, consulting and support. Act as liaison between sales executives and product management, operations, technology, sales ops and marketing. Reports directly Lead of Sales. Manage team development, performance, escalations and allocate resources. Maintain pulse on compliance and multi-state regulations, product releases, strategic alliances updates while accomplishing and supporting sales goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibility:
Work closely with assigned Global Account Executives to help identify and clearly communicate and sell the value of FADV\xe2\x80\x99s products and services.
Develop technical and value based demonstrations of product suite and enhancements for both customer presentations and internal demos related to new products and enhancements.
Partner to create and finalize solution offerings
Respond to and manage RFP and RFI process

Develop and maintain a library of new designed processes to leverage of the department. Create, maintain infrastructure and ensure resource development for department
Define work standards and parameters, assign workload
Partner with by providing value added perspective from sales and client to influence strategy in product management, marketing, technology, sales training and business development.
Identify customer needs to enhance customer experiences and boost lead generation
Contributing to winning Sales proposals
Provide knowledge support to the entire sales team and drive sales conversions
Create sales pitches for the sales team
Assist the sales team in qualifying potential customers
Analyse market potential before launching any product or service
Desired Experience:
8+ years experience in related role
2+ years of manager level experience or greater
3+ yrs in driving sales proposal conversions
Solution selling and value based selling approach experience
Strong presence, business savvy and exceptional presentation skills to call on an executive audience
Command of virtualized platforms for demonstrations
Enterprise content management experience
