Inviting applications for the role of Manager/Sr Manager - Customer Care Specialist (Order validation)
We\'re looking for someone who has a deep understanding in Order management (verifying data, entering data into the system). Support the design and build of the end-to-end Order management.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the process which includes knowledge of procedure & rules across multiple countries.
  • Support the development of the end-to-end process design for the Order management.
  • Caring for correctness and timelines of the process.
  • Should have worked how the order gets created/generated and monitor the process.
  • Ensuring efficiency and high standard of operations: identification and removing inefficiencies in the processes, making improvements in the daily operational work
  • Support Customer Facing specialists when needed.
  • Order Validation processes execution according to agreed priorities:

o Checking standard and non-standard orders to ensure they are accurate and can be processed to the next stage of the OTC process

o Order modification upon customer or internal request (e.g. delivery date change)

o Order validation in a massive basis

o Blocking orders for delivery when they are not ready for stock allocation.

o Blocking orders for billing when they are not ready for the invoicing process.

o Automatic tools maintenance and development (ODM/BRE)

  • SOPcreation and process standardization.
  • Knowledge on how to create order based on the quotation and PO (Good to have)
  • Working closely with the Business Change team to ensure the changes are effectively delivered and supported post-Go Live for the Pilot OpCos.
  • Responsible for the operational tasks of Order Entry processes
  • Solving claims tickets accurately and efficiently to achieve the fixed service level target
  • Deliver different order to cash processes KPI\xe2\x80\x99s
  • Cooperate with local Customer Service organizations, warehousing, distribution and transportation.
  • Ensure Order Entry processes are done in compliance with related financial controls

Minimum Qualifications
  • Graduation/ Masters
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Ability to work with various IT applications (SAP, CRM, ARC, internal UL and 3PLP platforms
  • Strong analytical skills required.
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, Excel & good knowledge of SAP system
  • Customer Focus (focus on internal customers and impact on our external customers)
  • Bias for action (focus on results and use of intelligent risk taking)
  • Team Alignment (team player; supports and respects others)
  • Accountability and responsibility (personally driving change and using operational discipline to deliver on the promise)

  • Analytical skills
  • Technical skills must have \xe2\x80\x93 VBA coding, other coding skills, Macro\xe2\x80\x99s skills
  • Must be able to resolve any issues in Order processing.
  • SOP/Workflow documentation is must.
  • Strong in communication & stakeholder management and in relationship building and collaboration at all levels of the organisation. Good organisational and planning skills. Strong cultural awareness and versatility in styles.
  • Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others. Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations, dealing with complexity and time pressure.
