: Manager -Client Services
Client Solutioning and Presales Support:
Evaluate client requirements in collaboration with the Business Solutions Team, aligning them with Indegene\'s service offerings. Provide presales support and contribute to the development of customized business solutions.
Proposal Management:
Lead RFP responses by collaborating with multiple stakeholders within the Business Solutions Team.
Drive end-to-end bid management, author proposal responses, and actively participate in proposal defense discussions.
Business Development:
Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to identify opportunities for business solutions. Propose value-add solutions and explore avenues for business expansion.
Ideation and Brainstorming:
Lead ideation sessions within the Business Solutions Team to identify innovative win themes and value propositions during proposal development.
Customer Engagement:
Conduct discovery sessions with customers to shape opportunities and contribute to the overall pipeline development.
Collateral Design:
Collaborate with the Business Solutions Team to create compelling collaterals, such as case studies and business cases, enhancing the positioning of our services.
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about current business and marketing trends relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
Analyze market trends and conduct research to gather necessary account intelligence.
Education: Masters in business, marketing, branding, communication, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in presales, solutioning, marketing, or a related field.
Specific Experience: Exposure to business development in the pharmaceutical industry or a related field.
Deal Management: Proven experience in managing complex deals and solution development.
Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
