Key Responsibilities: - *Recruitment Life Cycle*: Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews. - *Onboarding*: Conduct onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and documentation. - *Induction Programs*: Manage induction programs to ensure smooth transitions for new employees. - *Exit Formalities*: Facilitate exit formalities and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback. - *Payroll Processing*: Process payroll proficiently and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. - *Policy Management*: Assist in policy kit preparation and update HR policies as required. - *Employee Engagement*: Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment. - *Decision Making*: Make effective decisions to support HR and organizational objectives. #### Preferred Additional Duties: - *Digital Marketing*: While not mandatory, assisting with digital marketing duties will be preferred. - *Marketing Coordination*: Coordinate with the Marketing team for various projects like email campaigns, SEO, and content writing. - *Social Media Management*: Create and manage social media content to enhance the organization\'s brand presence. #### Skills and Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. - 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in a similar industry. - Strong understanding of recruitment stages, payroll tools, and compliance regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & HRMS & payroll software. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. - Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. - Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. - Prior experience in coordinating with Marketing Analysis is a plus.
