Key Responsibilities:- *Recruitment Life Cycle*: Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews.- *Onboarding*: Conduct onboarding processes, including new hire orientation and documentation.- *Induction Programs*: Manage induction programs to ensure smooth transitions for new employees.- *Exit Formalities*: Facilitate exit formalities and conduct exit interviews to gather feedback.- *Payroll Processing*: Process payroll proficiently and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.- *Policy Management*: Assist in policy kit preparation and update HR policies as required.- *Employee Engagement*: Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work environment.- *Decision Making*: Make effective decisions to support HR and organizational objectives.#### Preferred Additional Duties:- *Digital Marketing*: While not mandatory, assisting with digital marketing duties will be preferred.- *Marketing Coordination*: Coordinate with the Marketing team for various projects like email campaigns, SEO, and content writing.- *Social Media Management*: Create and manage social media content to enhance the organization's brand presence.#### Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.- 1 - 2 years of experience in HR Generalist roles, preferably in a similar industry.- Strong understanding of recruitment stages, payroll tools, and compliance regulations.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & HRMS & payroll software.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.- Prior experience in coordinating with Marketing Analysis is a plus.Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per monthBenefits:
