In parallel, Razorpay is reimagining how businesses manage money by simplifying business banking (via ) and enabling capital availability for businesses (via ).Manager - Banking ProgramsRoles & Responsibilities :

• 6-7 years of experience in Product management role with focus on the payments ecosystem.
• Experience working with payment gateways, PSPs, payment networks, merchant service providers, issuers, and acquirers.
• Experience on working directly with banks or merchants as the customer
• Platform product management experience, building products that can be leveraged by a variety of business customers
• Ability to work directly with engineers to develop use cases, build inspiring narratives, prioritize features, and evaluate short-term vs. long-term trade-offs
• Ability to influence across a diverse set of stakeholders like engineers, operations, finance, compliance, legal etc
• Ability to clearly articulate the story for what problem you\'re solving for and the vision you\'re going after, combined with the capacity to dive into minute details when necessary
• Decision making skills: given limited resources, how do you prioritize across needs?
• Providing support to banks during and post implementation
• Key Stakeholder management with various internal and external customers

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Strong Payments domain knowledge with know how of Regulations impacting the Banks
• Understanding of Modelling techniques, methods and systems engineering concepts
• Exposure to various SDLC methodologies
• Strong in Project management tools - MS Project, JIRA, SharePoint, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Strong communication skills, ability to explain business requirements in a clear and concise manner to various stakeholders (supplier, partners, management etc.) in various forum
• Self-motivated and a team player that works well with individuals and thrives in a complex, global organization
• Ability to build relationships and negotiate solutions while liaising between business, operations, technology
• Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
