Fund raising: \xef\x82\xa7 Liasioning with Banks for New sanction. \xef\x82\xa7 Liasioning with Banks on the New sanction received on Sanction Terms and Conditions. Credit documentation: \xef\x82\xa7 Pre and Post Sanction letter activities \xe2\x80\x93 Sanction documentation, Verification, Liasioning, Execution of Memorandum of Entry, Charge Filing with ROC, Annual renewal of existing limits or new limits sanctioned within stipulated timelines. \xef\x82\xa7 Coordination between internal teams & Providing support on Post sanction activities Compliances i.e, Due Diligence, LEI renewal, Stock audit. \xef\x82\xa7 Maintenance of Proportionate routing of funds as per sanction limits. \xef\x82\xa7 Preparation of CMA Data. Compliances: \xef\x82\xa7 Preparation of Stock Statements, UFCE, FFR 1 & FFR 2. \xef\x82\xa7 Follow-up and Submission of Due Diligence Reports. MIS: \xef\x82\xa7 Preparation of MIS on Borrowed debt (Sanction Vs actuals, ROI, Repayment schedule and securities offered, Monthly Interest reconciliation) \xef\x82\xa7 Preparation of Budget and forecasting loan requirements and repayments. Trade Finance: \xef\x82\xa7 Preparation & Verification and Coordinating with the banks for the processing of ILCs. \xef\x82\xa7 Providing support to trade finance teams in clearing backlog transactions. \xef\x82\xa7 Preparation & Verification of discounting charges in case of LCBD transactions. \xef\x82\xa7 Ensuring the timely compliance on the IDPMS/EDPMS with Banks if any \xef\x82\xa7 Preparation & Verification and Coordinating with the banks for the processing of Bank Guarantee.
