We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Ads Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Google Ads and Facebook Ads, with a proven track record of creating, managing, and optimizing successful advertising campaigns. This role requires a data-driven professional who can strategically plan and execute ad campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve business objectives.
Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive advertising strategies across Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms to meet business goals.
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Campaign Creation and Management:
Create and manage PPC (Pay-Per-Click) campaigns on Google Ads, including search, display, video, and shopping ads.
Create and manage Facebook Ads campaigns, including ad sets, targeting options, and ad creatives for both Facebook and Instagram.
Develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive engagement and conversions.
Optimization and Performance Analysis:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Optimize campaigns through A/B testing, bid adjustments, audience segmentation, and other strategies to maximize ROI.
Utilize advanced targeting and retargeting techniques to reach the most relevant audience segments.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and performance.
Track and report on budget utilization and return on ad spend (ROAS).
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate detailed performance reports and dashboards to communicate campaign results and insights to stakeholders.
Provide recommendations based on data analysis to continuously improve campaign performance.
Stay Updated with Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of the latest trends, updates, and best practices in digital advertising, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads.
Implement new strategies and tools to stay ahead of the competition.
Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with the content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and integrated advertising efforts.
Coordinate with external vendors and partners as needed for campaign execution and optimization.
Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Shopping) and Facebook Ads (including Instagram).
Proficient in using advertising platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Ads Manager.
Strong knowledge of PPC strategies, keyword research, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
