\xef\x82\xb7 Program Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple consulting
engagements successfully within the defined budget and schedule.
\xef\x82\xb7 He is also responsible for interacting with all the key stakeholders (Customers,
Partners, Consulting team, other Adobe teams) to drive Adobe Digital Marketing
engagements.
Requirements
\xef\x82\xb7 15+ years of technology/service delivery experience
\xef\x82\xb7 8+ years of experience in Managing projects in a client facing role
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in managing key stakeholders at CXO level (Customers, Partners,
Consulting team, other Adobe teams) to drive Digital Marketing engagements.
\xef\x82\xb7 Strong Communication and excellent structural thinking to manage situations
\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure in implementing the Adobe Experience/Marketing Cloud suite (AEM,
Campaign, Analytics etc) will be a plus
\xef\x82\xb7 Experience in implementing other Leading COTS platforms like IBM or SFDC or
Oracle Marketing Cloud would be preferred
\xef\x82\xb7 Exposure to delivering the Digital transformation projects using any Agile/Agile
Scrum methodology is a must
\xef\x82\xb7 Any leading Project Management certification like PMP, CSM, Prince2 is a must
\xef\x82\xb7 Significant experience presenting in front of groups and to high-level executives
\xef\x82\xb7 Proven track record of building solid relationships with customers at all levels
\xef\x82\xb7 Excellent understanding of general business models, concepts and strategies
\xef\x82\xb7 Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional and dedicated to customer
success
\xef\x82\xb7 Should possess an innovative, problem-solving, and solutions-oriented mindset
\xef\x82\xb7 Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both verbal
and written
\xef\x82\xb7 Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, be a team player, and manage change
effectively
\xef\x82\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or engineering, or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in
business with equivalent technical work experience
\xef\x82\xb7 Deep vertical industry experience (e.g., Telco or retail, financial services, high
tech, etc.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Willingness to travel (50% or more)Mandatory skill sets-Agile + PM experience with Digital transformation projects experience, PMP or CSM or Prince2 is a must.
Preferred skill sets-Adobe Experience/Marketing Cloud suite (AEM, Campaign, Analytics etc)
Year of experience required-8+yrs
