We are looking for a talented and driven Corporate Agency Manager to oversee our Banca channel Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategies to expand the corporate agency business through the banca channel- Manage relationships with bank partners and identify opportunities for collaboration to achieve business goals- Drive and monitor sales performance, customer acquisition, and retention within the banca channel- Lead and mentor a team of Relationship Managers to achieve revenue targets and provide excellent customer service- Conduct regular training and development sessions for the team to ensure they are up-to-date on products, processes, and sales techniques- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer acquisition and retention through the banca channel- Prepare and analyze reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitive activities to identify areas for improvementWho Should Apply:1.
