Job Summary . Manager - Bajaj Finserv App Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - . Responsibility to Lead FD MF & Insurance business through Bajaj Finserv App . Business deliverables will be to generate targeted FD MF & Insurance business from existing products and new products . High engagement with business team to ensure business conversion tracking target setting alignment milestone tracking highlighting issues . Engagement with Data Science team to ensure right set of data availability for campaigns building and tracking of dashboards/funnel to drive conversion . Engagement with COE/Product team for giving inputs on issues in customer journey journey improvement new functionality development product improvement inputs building tech KPI\'s . Leverage digital journey to improve business funnel and reduce drop-offs . MBA from a reputed institute with a minimum 10+ years of experience. . Demonstrated success & achievement orientation. . Strong bias for action & driving results in a high performance environment. . Should have excellent communication skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills. . Excellent Interpersonal Skills. . Exceptionally high motivation levels and needs to be a self-starter. . Strong analytical skills. Required Qualifications and Experience . .
