Job Responsibilities :- Working closely with Architects, local/regional Governments, Specifiers, Contractors and Value-Added Partners to build the brand and generate leads, secure specifications and projects, to ultimately deliver the agreed level of sales volume and profits.- Preparing action plans to identify new customers and projects, actively and effectively searching out new leads and sales prospects- Building/maintaining strong relationships with customers- Providing solution-oriented advice and price proposals on lighting offers working closely with the support team in HQ- Providing regular sales forecast and project pipeline updates- Developing regular account and sales management reportsCandidates Profile :- Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (any discipline), & MBA in Sales & Marketing would be preferred.- A minimum of 5-10 years\' experience in technical sales, ideally in the lighting industry, with a demonstrable record of success- Professional knowledge and experience in a B2B environment- Customer service and result-oriented approach- Strong organisational, project management and analytical skills- Excellent sales and negotiation skills and experience in implementing sales plans- High interpersonal and communication skills and positive personal energy (ref:updazz.com)
