Role & Responsibilities: Key highlights of the role are listed below (purely indicative and not limiting):
This position would include the mentioned set of responsibilities but not limited to:
• Assist in raising funding through debt instruments and bank lines including loans,
bonds, and commercial paper, WCDL. Must be knowing end to end process of issuing
listed CP and Bonds.
• Preparation and submission of various ALM reports and CMA
• Dealing with rating agencies for company's various debt instruments.
• Fund Management: Managing the company's funds to ensure optimal utilization of
overdrafts.
• Ensure all borrowing and investments are executed after approval from appropriate
authority
• Preparation of LCR and NSFR and submit the same
• Liasoning with statutory auditors, internal auditors, IPA, Trustee, RTA Etc
• Tracking and compliance of RBI regulation and policies
• Debt Servicing
• Covenant tracking for various lenders.
