• This role requires a blend of business and technical understanding and acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Requires liaising with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, expectations and challenges, and translating them into functional and technical specifications
• Extensive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and requires managing communication across levels, in physical and remotely distributed teams
• Leading and managing a team of business analysts, developers and testers to design, develop and implement solutions that meet the business requirements
• Providing guidance and direction to the team on best practices, standards and methodologies for solution development and delivery
• Ensuring the quality, performance and reliability of the solutions, as well as their compliance with the regulatory and security policies
• Managing the project scope, budget, timeline and risks, and reporting on the progress and status of the projects to senior management
• Ultimate goal is to deliver the projects by removing all blockers and achieving organizational transformation goals
• Identifying new opportunities for business growth and improvement, and proposing innovative solutions that add value to the organization
Applicants should possess the following attributes:
• Good knowledge of business processes, systems and technologies in the NBFC sector or a similar industry. (Credit Card Management System, Customer Onboarding Platforms, CRM, Mobile and Portal Experience)
• Strong knowledge of project management and productivity tools (MS Project, Excel, Power Point, Excel, SharePoint, CAMUNDA, Draw.io, MS Teams)
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and leadership skills
• A proactive, creative and problem-solving mindset
• Proven track of delivering high impact Transformation projects
• Strong Quantitative and problem-solving ability
• Ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop an Analytical road map for them
• Stakeholder management ability to work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders
• Facilitative Leadership skills - Influencing skills, mentoring and coaching - to be able to drive change
• Must be someone who has willingness and proven ability to get into the details and not manage too high level
