Work you'll do

The Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) Architect is responsible for solution designing and architecting solutions based on AI and Machine Learning technology and conduct advanced data analysis to drive data-driven decision-making. You will be pivotal in transforming data into actionable insights and predictions, with an emphasis on leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies like GenAI and OpenAI.
Key Responsibilities :

• Data Analysis and Model Development
• Create Technical Design for AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, NLU, NLG projects and implementing the same in production.
• Employ advanced statistical analysis and data mining techniques to uncover trends and insights.
• Optimize algorithms and systems for better performance, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure optimal data collection, storage, and readiness for ML applications.
• Prompt Engineering and GenAI Integration
• Develop and refine prompts for generative AI models to ensure high-quality outputs tailored to specific business needs.
• Integrate OpenAI and other GenAI technologies into existing business processes to enhance decision-making and automate tasks.
• Evaluate and adapt new GenAI models and frameworks as they emerge in the tech space.
• Research and Innovation
• Keep updated with the latest AI/ML technologies, including developments in prompt engineering and generative AI.
• Explore new datasets and continuously refine models to maintain and improve performance standards.
• Propose and develop innovative AI solutions to enhance analytical capabilities and business operations.
• Experience solving problems in industry using deep learning methods such as neural networks auto-encoders etc.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work with business analysts/Solution Architect and other necessary teams to create a strong solution
• Should be able to work with a multi culture global teams and team virtually and build strong relationship with project stakeholders
• Working closely with Performance Engineering and our Web/Infrastructure Technology teams on defining the deployment architecture.
• Participating, and technically leading when needed, production troubleshooting and 'War Room' Activities.
• Mentoring and Leadership
• Should be able to train and build a team of technical developers.
• Promote data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the team.
Required Skills :
========================
• Programming Skills
• Knowledge of open source libraries such as Python, Keras, Tensor Flow, Pytorch. Skills in .Net is a plus
• Desired to have experience as leads in designing and developing applications/tools using Microsoft technologies - ASP.Net, C#, HTML5, Angular, React, MVC
• Platform and Tools
• Solid understanding and experience of deep learning architectures and algorithms
• Should have expertise in creating solution design documentation.
• Good to have knowledge on any of container technology such as Docker
• Desired to have knowledge on any of the cloud solutions such as Azure or AWS or GCP
Required Education
======================
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration or equivalent educational or professional experience and/or qualifications
• 10+ years of IT experience in application development
• 3+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) profile with strong service delivery background
Required Experience

• Contribute to products or tools built on Artificial Intelligence technologies and paradigms, that can enable high-value offerings.
• Building AI solutions would involve the use and creation of AI and ML techniques including but not limited to deep learning, computer vision, natural language processing, search, information retrieval, information extraction and machine learning.
• Apply basic debugging tools and techniques to reproduce, simplify and resolve solution errors or problems
• Communicates with customers, users or other stakeholders to gather requirements
• Documents requirements including customer journey, features, user stories, cross-team dependencies, separating core product build vs. integration features, outlining what is in and out of scope.
• Creates sequence diagrams, data flow diagrams and business process flows.
• Supports the implementation of cloud computing technologies under supervision
• Analyzes processing issues and data anomalies and identifies solutions
• Analyzes cloud service usage to identify opportunities for optimizing the cost of cloud services
• Participates in the implementation of technology risk management measures for business continuity and disaster recovery
• participates in identifying the costs, benefits and process impact of updating, upgrading or adding new components; documents and measures direct and indirect costs and projected benefits.
• Demonstrates an intermediate understanding of the principles, methods, processes and standards of data architecture design and modelling
• Participates in designing blueprints on how to structure, store and utilize data
• Follows standards, processes and methodologies to develop each phase of data architecture (e.g., data manipulating processes, database technology generating processes)
• Creates a solution / system / software design blueprint based on a broad design concept, and business and user requirements
• Creates demos and proofs of concept
• Assists in comparing business performance before and after the implementation of emerging technologies
• Conducts performance reviews on specific technical applications or IT projects
• Tests the effectiveness of platform architecture; highlights requirement gaps and technical challenges / issues
