Manager - Legal Claims - MACT - InsuranceDuties & Responsibilities:- Handling and management of litigation pertaining to Motor accident claims, Consumer litigation and other legal related issues- Dealing with Courts, Advocates and Investigators for effective handling of claims- Appointment of advocates and Regular follow up with Advocates for opinions for compromise/contest- Adducing evidences in legal claims- Adherence to internal processes and external regulations- Coordinate with internal customers in order to facilitate effective handling of claims and share the court precedents for them to deal with the claims- Ensure timely compliance of the orders passed by courts- Review of cases and proper maintenance of case file and details in system 9) Coordination with local regulatory and administrative bodiesQualification: MBA(Insurance/Legal) OR LLBRelevant Work experience RequiredJob Type: PermanentPay: \xe2\x82\xb91,000,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb91,500,000.00 per yearSchedule:
