Key Responsibilities :- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to drive B2B product sales and revenue growth.- Identify and recruit new affiliate partners, influencers, and strategic partners to expand our affiliate network.- Negotiate and manage affiliate agreements and contracts to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing materials, promotions, and campaigns for affiliate partners.- Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, track KPIs, and optimize affiliate campaigns for maximum ROI.- Provide regular reporting and insights on affiliate performance, trends, and opportunities to key stakeholders.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and competitor activities in affiliate marketing and B2B sales collaboration.- Build strong relationships with affiliate partners, provide support, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.- Proven 0- 1 yrs of experience in affiliate marketing, partnership development, or sales collaboration, preferably in a B2B environment.- Strong understanding of affiliate marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with affiliate partners.- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.- Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms and tracking tools is a plus.
