Job Description


:

The preferred candidate should be digitally oriented, should have abilities of problem-solving, Integrity, ownership culture and reliability. Self-starter who takes accountability, drives initiatives, independent & self-motivated, having good communication & presentation skills.

  • Facility Management - Housekeeping, Security, building coordination, landlord coordination, Repairs and maintenance, pantry, reception,
  • Utility payment coordination - Property rent payment, electricity, telephone, mobile, IT lease line.
  • Employee travel management, domestic and international. Knowledge of Visa processing, travel portal tool, hotel contracts and tie up.
  • Covid prevention implementation
  • Preparing PR / PO, contracts, coordination for delivery.
  • Coordination with procurement and finance dept for smooth delivery and payment.
  • Cross functional coordination and dealing with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Invoice receival and payment process.
  • Will be the responsible ensuring admin Statutory Compliance across the offices.
  • Responsible for Effective Administration of Cafeteria Management, Transportation and Travel Management of Employees as well as Guest, Security Management, Fixed Assets Management, Guest House, etc.
  • Responsible for implementing, enforcing and administering corporate policies and procedures.
  • Site Administration, such as courier, printing and stationery, record management, ID cards, Bank related works, etc
  • Responsible for contractor management, Employee Engagement e.g. Get-together, Annual Functions, Welfare Activities, etc.
  • Liasoning with government and other statutory authorities and represent company effectively.
  • Preparing monthly MIS reports, good hands on skill on MS Excel and MS Powerpoint.
  • New Joiner induction and formalities
  • Regularly monitoring housekeeping activities
  • Vendor management, coordination.
  • Prepare Cleaning schedule, AMC and R&M.
  • Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) R&M and AMC.
  • MMR - Monthly Management Report
  • All kind of Admin & Clerical Works & Other Admin Duties as assigned Indoor & outdoor Events support.
Coordination with Safety and security team for ensuring safe and healthy environment.
