Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Managing orders and business relationship with existing key accounts (both vendors and customers) - remaining in constant touch with account managers and ensuring increased business transactions. \xef\x82\xb7 Other responsibilities include all sorts of internal and external coordination for the smooth functioning of the business. \xef\x82\xb7 Role also involves a part of business development, i.e. bringing new key accounts on board, or converting potential clients. \xef\x82\xb7 Managing and being responsible for direct reporting of the team including but not limited to promoters, sales executives and merchandisers. \xef\x82\xb7 Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, email marketing, marketing research, online lead generation. \xef\x82\xb7 Preparing MIS reports and sending to the management. \xef\x82\xb7 The candidate may be required to travel in NCR for meeting prospective new client and attend exhibitions / events. Candidate requirements: \xef\x82\xb7 Minimum Qualification - Graduate \xef\x82\xb7 Preferably 2 plus years of experience (in an FMCG company) in handling customer & vendor relationship / business development / key business accounts. \xef\x82\xb7 Warehouse / Dispatch / Supply Chain Management \xef\x82\xb7 Good negotiations skills are a plus. \xef\x82\xb7 Analytical skills and expertise in Advanced Excel. \xef\x82\xb7 Extremely good communication skills (English) - both written and verbal. \xef\x82\xb7 Knowledge of Zoho software is a plus.
