YOUR ROLE

• Organizing an event, coordination with different stake holders and across the regions - ease of communicating with Germany.
• Maintenance of the facilities. Create Monthly reporting to Germany.
• Ease of presentation in front of different level of audience - Customers / suppliers / internal top management etc.
• Co-ordinate with Project team & get the work done, amendment in the layout with necessary approvals as per site requirement.
• Have track of all customers/ visitors/ vendors & share feedback /suggestions further for improvements. Involved in planning to improve feedback for future customer visit.
• Co-ordination with Sales team to understand customer requirement & plan an event accordingly.
• Strategically adapt messaging delivered on visits according to hot topics, PR releases, social media etc (i.e. analyse the marketing funnel)

YOUR SKILLS

• Minimum 7 Years of Experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skill.
• Excellent Customers / suppliers / internal stakeholder management.
