In this role, you will have the responsibility of managing and Hands-on on multiple Acquisitions strategy implementation assignments supporting the Acquisition function & will work directly with the business, IT and strategy teams in catering to the end-to-end deliverablesKey Responsibilities: Work on all the changes related to strategy implementation in FICO DMP and OPEN-L for Acquisition implementation Decisioning platform ( Synapps) and should be able to provide implementation solutionsSelected Candidate should own and work towards resolution for all the strategy/BAU implementation releases and issues and take it to closure and work with IT teams for any implementation and deployment issues.Selected candidates ensure Defect free Implementation for all rule engine changes with strong controls and governance and adhere timely deliverables without failureCreate reports and data insights regarding BAU and functionalities implemented as per schedule.Required Skills/Knowledge:2+ years of hands on experience on DMP and Open xe2x80x93L and Experian -Power curve is must and in lieu of a degree 4+ years of hands on experience on DMP and Open xe2x80x93L and Experian -Power curveSAS/SQL/Python knowledge for Data querying and building Automated reports where in required for additional monitoring apart from BAU.Desired Skills/Knowledge:2+ years of experience in leading or Hands-on on strategy changes in acquisitions.Postman testing skills and Jira skills are good to have.Acquisition knowledge is good to have.Strategic thinker; innovative problem solver; self-starter; team player.Eligibility Criteria: 2+ years of hands on experience on DMP and Open xe2x80x93L and Experian -Power curve is must and in lieu of a degree 4+ years of hands on experience on DMP and Open xe2x80x93L and Experian -Power curveWork Timings: 1PM - 10PM ISTThis role qualifies for Enhanced Flexibility and Choice offered in Synchrony India and will require the incumbent to be available between 06:00 AM Eastern Time xe2x80x93 11:30 AM Eastern Time (timings are anchored to US Eastern hours and will adjust twice a year locally).
