DESCRIPTION IN AMXL Last mile operations (primarily a 3P driven network) aims to (i) exceed the expectations of our customers by ensuring that orders, no matter how large or small, are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost effectively as possible with world class Last mile operation and, (ii) enable IN AMXL business operations and its partners to do the right thing for the community at large able to provide world-class scalable risk management solutions. To continue to drive process excellence & compliance within our Last mile Delivery business, we are currently looking for a Manager - ACES & Compliance. Be part of a fast-growing, diverse and inclusive team! As Manager - ACES & Compliance, you will be the link between station management, TRC (transportation Risk compliance) and the ACES team. As a member of the ACES team itself, you will contribute to the optimization of the delivery stations operations, providing station with sufficient knowledge and appropriate tools to improve performance. Moreover, you will also be responsible to build DSP (Deliver Service Provider / 3PL) structure to enable & support AMXL business growth and ensure effective auditing and compliance mechanisms are in place, to ensure that legal and contractual requirements are consistently meet. Key job responsibilities (1) Contribute to deployment of Process Standard implementations and upgrades within the delivery station partnering with station management and several stakeholders (2) Support development and continuous piloting of process improvements and ongoing bench-marking initiatives (3) Ensure station management is understanding benchmark rates and is trained in technical configurations to drive accurate reporting and productivity boosts (4) Lead IN AMXL Compliance roadmap (Last mile) initiatives and support results-driven action planning (5) Ensuring effective auditing and compliance mechanisms are in place to ensure that legal and contractual requirements are consistently meet. (6) Work closely with TRC, legals, procurement, Operations and other stakeholders to enable and support the risk mitigation & compliance for IN AMXL Last mile operations. We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Bengaluru, KA, IND BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - 2+ years of program or project management experience PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Knowledge of Lean principles and DMAIC methodology - Experience in MS Access and SQL - Experience in requirement gathering and ability to write clear and detailed requirement document
