Pre audit of non stock & freight invoices
2. Review vendor payable before payment cycle Run
3. Monitoring bill tracker, and assigning the task to team,
4. Making different MIS i.e. Turnback tracker, Monthly SLA calculation
5. Monthly expense accrual workings
6. Preparation of GL Account reconciliation on monthly within given timeline and follow up with the departments for closure of open items.
7. Resolving inter-department queries on bookings, payments and APMS issues
8. Monthly MEIS license reconciliation
9. Domestic and Import accounting for direct spend and indirect spend for all the entities
10. Vendor reconciliation.
11. Indirect spend invoice processing through Ariba.
12.
