The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management and accounting. As the Manager of Accounts and Finance, you will oversee the financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial activities.

• Oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Ensure alignment with the company\'s strategic goals.
• Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll.
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, laws, and standards. Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies as needed.
• Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
• Identify and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential impacts on the business.
• Evaluate and implement financial systems and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices.
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems i.e. SAP
• Takes initiative to identify and address financial issues before they become problems.
• Works well with other departments and stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Maintains the highest standards of integrity and transparency in all financial activities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
