Job Description
: Responsible for the daily operations of the department Day to day transaction entries Bank Reconciliation Preparation of Journals & Ledgers Verification of purchase bills Sales Invoice Entries Responsible for the bank related facilities - BG , LC etc. Responsible for accounts receivable and payable Ensuring timely execution of Statutory requirement & Government Compliances Tracking and reviewing all vendor and employee payments . Preparation of MIS for the Accounts & Finance Department Maintain banking relationships and assisting bankers with annual renewals of the Working Capital Limits. Assist in statutory and internal audit Coordinate with Banks & Finance Consultant Description of candidate profile: Proven working experience of Accountsand Finance in Manufacturing Industry. Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software (ERP 9) and databases Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations Knowledge of GST, TDS, Advance Tax Filling, PF , PT & ESI Experience of managing Import Process & Documentation
