POSITION NAME: Manager Account DIVISION OR CORPORATE FUNCTION: GSM / India Sales Team LOCATION: Delhi REPORTS TO: Sales Manager SUPERVISES: None CONTACTS: PRIMARY PURPOSE: Demand Generation (Design Wins) & Fulfillment sales in the defined Territory and Market Grow Customer base, CRM Pipeline, Molex share & Profits. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Increase revenue, profit, and market share in the defined Territory and Market. 2. Develop, foster, and expand customer network by applying traditional and digital sales tactics 3. Responsible for managing and maintaining individual CRM pipeline 4. Responsible for complex RFQs and pricing negotiations 5. Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner 6. Develop new and innovative ideas that enhance the customer\'s experience 7. Capture both technical and commercial customer requirements in collaboration with Business Development Managers and multiple Business Units. 8. Continuous learning of product\'s functions and purpose to confidently support customer needs 9. Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Principle Based Management 10. Identify current product gaps, market potential, target customers and raise PDR for New and custom products. 11.
