What will you be doing:

• Collect product requirements from different stockholders and translate them into MRD/PRD requirements
• Define new features based on market, ecosystem and competitive understanding
• Take a part in product planning, roadmap and business case structuring.
• Build Go-To-Market(GTM) strategies, product positioning and core messaging
• Be an expert on the competitive landscape - know the product strength and weaknesses
• Own product collaterals - Product briefs, Application Notes, Datasheets
• Work closely with global (Europe, USA, India, Japan, China, Korea) cross-functional Inbound and Outbound teams, such as Sales, Business Development, Segment Marketing Technical Marketing
• Use technical and business understanding to identify risks and bring agreed mitigations
• Drive product execution across all parts of the organization - Engineering (Firmware, Architecture, Hardware and Validation), Reliability, Quality Assurance and Manufacturing
• Prioritize activities, tasks and features development based on their ROI (Invested effort and time vs customer needs, business justification, Time-To-Market)
• Prepare executive summaries, compare alternatives and present it to management to drive decision making.

What you should bring with you:

• BA or B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or other relevant degree
• MBA degree (advantage)
• 4-7 years hands on HW/FW engineering experience in either Mobile, Semiconductor, Auto or IoT industries. Have strong technical understanding of products design, system and development life cycle
• 2-3 years of Product Management / Product Marketing and have business understanding of the market, ecosystem and competitive landscape
• Demonstrated success in defining and launching excellent products to the market with proven capability to integrate customer feedback into product requirements and drive their prioritization within the organization.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills to convey clear massages to engineering, management and customers
• Team and solo player with superior interpersonal and management skills to influence, motivate and drive multiple cross-functional teams without formal authority
• Natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative, have an optimistic approach for new challenges. Looks at challenge as an opportunity
• Passion about new technologies and their market penetration
• Ability to see the big picture and strategy as well as to maintain a strong attention to details
• Capable to manage multitasking activity and work well under pressure

Qualifications

• Global experience - working with teams and people across the globe
• Semi-conductor or storage industry experience
