Hi, We are having an opening for Manager-RPA at our Mumbai location. Position: Manager Company: Sun Pharmaceutical Industries ltd. Location: Mumbai Job Summary : The incumbent will leading the RPA COE (Robotic Process Automation-Centre of Excellence) team, and drive the automation initiatives for the different verticals of SUN Pharma. He/She will steer and aid digital transformation initiatives using emerging technologies . He/She will be required to work extensively with different Business Units, vendors, developers, OEM teams, internal support teams for implementing new projects and supporting the existing ones Areas of Responsibility : Works with various function heads to provide technology solutions to business problems Evaluates and identify technology solution and implementation partner for a business problem Preparing business case, working on project estimation, project plan, resource management, reviews & execution of the project Leads and manages successful delivery of large, complex technology projects and initiatives on time and within budget Works closely with external vendors and partners for delivery of technology and ensuring quality of solutions Providing weekly/monthly project updates & status reports to higher management Manages a Team of developers(RPA CoE team) and analysts(workflow automation); also responsible for IT Project Management for RPA and other Emerging Technologies Understand business processes and requirements, design framework and solutions which automate or improve the existing process , perform feasibility analysis and drive implementation till benefits realization of a project undertaken. Co-ordinate with business verticals, vendor/internal developers and various internal support teams such as procurement , SUN Infrastructure Teams (Network, Server, Database, Security), vendor payment, commercial etc. for smooth implementation of the project. Evaluating risks , mitigating the same and timely intimation to all relevant stakeholders. Educational Qualification : BE/BTech/MBA/MCA Certification(s): Project Management certification (PMP) will be added advantage. Skills: Strong understanding of Business Analytics/Business Intelligence (Tableau/PowerBI), Microsoft technologies like SQL and DotNet, understanding of web services architecture (SOA/API), fair understanding of new technologies like RPA, AI/ML, R, Python. Project management methodologies like SDLC/Agile and project management software like MS projects Has a track record in managing successful delivery of large, complex programs / engagements on time and within budget Excellent working knowledge of English language, both verbal and written Self-starter with attention to detail and ability to follow up and complete tasks Resilient and ability to handle ambiguity and work under pressure/meeting tight deadlines Experience: 10-12 years (preferably, IT Services / Pharma Industry Experience, from organizations of repute)
