• Develop and implement comprehensive and impactful communication strategies resulting in improved visibility about Sun CSR among stakeholders (internal and external)
• Curate creative communication campaigns on key issues as identified using multiple communication channels.
• Gather stories of impact / human interest stories from the field to be showcased / published on website, social media and other appropriate channels.
• Ensure CSR section of the website is up-to-date along with improving the traffic to the website.
• Engage internal platforms such as (email, Sync, and any other platform) to improve employee engagement on CSR resulting in improved awareness about CSR work and avenue for employee volunteering.
• Effective coordination with capable and credible agencies in production of communication collaterals (videos, poster, booklets, brochures, etc).
• Work closely with Sun Pharma communication team in engaging mainstream media to feature CSR programmes/project in State and National dailies.
• Support in finalizing statutory reports such as annual reports, BRSR reports, and any other CSR related compliance reports.
• Maintain repository of all communication materials, photos, statutory reports for easy reference and retrieval.
• Any other role that promotes the visibility of CSR will have to take-up as the need arises.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong creative and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders and teams.
• Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other digital communication tools.
• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus.
• Understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
• Extensive travelling to the field

• Master\'s degree in Marketing / Advertising / Communications
• 3+ years of experience in a communications or public relations role.
