Assistant Manager / Management Trainee
This role will serve as a Front Line Manager handling a team of 15-20 team members ensuring client service levels are maintained. The ideal candidate will be able to influence and engage with leaders on initiatives, including but not limited to: effectively leading and demonstrating talent, improving leadership capabilities, teambuilding, compensation/total rewards allocation, energizing and igniting the full potential of employees.
