Vishay INDIA is currently seeking applicants for Management Trainee-HR responsible for overall support in HR function.Job Location:Vishay India (VCIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc, USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is in Loni near Pune wherein around 1000 employees are employed. VCIPL has also established a Global IT support center at Magarpatta Cyber City in Pune and Sales offices at Bangalore & Delhi (NCR).What you will be doing:

• Recruitment Support
• Onboarding Assistance: Ensure efficient onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain HRIS system: Amend and update information as needed.
• Off-boarding Coordination: Assist in employee off-boarding through liaison with internal teams.
• Administration Tasks: Handle various HR-related administrative activities.

What you will bring along:

• Education: Any graduation/ pursuing MBA HR.
• Good Excel & PowerPoint knowledge
• Good communication (proficiency in English-spoken & written).
