Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee - Marketing Finance Associate Manager The Marketing Finance Associate Manager is a supporting role in managing the marketing managed spend and procurement processes. Responsibilities Manage the purchase requisition process for the team: Raising on Oracle, monitoring status, closing feedback loop. Validate and forward invoices to team. Work to get requisite approvals if not provided. Maintain and publish monthly invoice/PR,PO tracker Lead efforts with marketing to collect quarterly provisions and work with to ensure provision accuracy. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications Relevant years of experience Bachelor&rsquos degree Experience in accounting concepts and financial planning An innovative attitude of initiative with the reputation for being a quick learner and self-starter Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, geographically diverse, and rapidly changing environment.
