•As a Jr Kore.AI Developer at Genpact, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants powered by Kore.AI. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and implement conversational solutions that enhance user experience.•

•Responsibilities•

• •Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives•
• •Design and develop intelligent chatbots and virtual assistants using Kore.AI platform•
• •Implement natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning algorithms to enhance conversational capabilities.•
• •Integrate chatbots with various enterprise systems and third-party APIs.•
• •Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of Kore.AI solutions.•
• •Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create a seamless and intuitive user experience.•
• •Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in conversational AI.•

•Minimum Qualifications / Skills •Bachelor or master degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.•
