In this role, you will be responsible to be an effective influencer, knowledgeable about the business, and whose impact and value is clear to the client group and HR org alike. The ideal candidate will thrive in a multifaceted and changing environment and have fun while getting a lot of magnificent work done.Responsibilities

• Manage and support Time & attendance transactions processing and corrections
• Support historical inputs on T&A
• Manage leave requests and corrections
• Manage payroll inputs and zero to gross processing
• Manage Gross to Net processing
• Payroll processing and disbursement
• Payroll reporting and reconciliation and validation
• Manage post payroll and year-end activities

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or equivalent education
• Relevant years of experience in UK Payroll processing. Understanding of employee lifecycle processes is appreciated.
• Experience in Payroll processing for UK
• ADP experience is strongly required.
• Demonstrated competence in publishing dashboards, analytics, and reports
• Comfortable and thrive in an ambiguous, high growth, fast paced environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• MBA/External Certifications from recognized institutes is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in an unstructured environment and work independently
• Ability to manage multiple complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
• Ability to work at all levels of the HR \xe2\x80\x9cstack\xe2\x80\x9d - Strategic, operational, and tactical
