Required Management Representative - AT Surat or Kim - LOCATIONAbout the Company- the solar industryExperience of at least 3-5 years as a Management Representative(Preferably from - a ( Solar Industry)Location - Surat, or ( Kim )SALARY - 25k to 30kFunction / Location: Management Process Improvement related activities and assist to ManagementJob Purpose: To Assist in Management and Department activities, follow up for with department, Auditing and Extremal Authorities and to maintain related documentsPrincipal Accountabilities:

• Meet with management to discuss performance, goals, priorities and expectations Communicate important updates, messages and expectations to team members Monitor team members\' performance and productivity
• Train new team members Create reports for management teams
• Supervise daily activities to ensure quality and proper completion Create schedules
• Delegate assignments and tasks Discuss performance with individual team members
• Provide support to employees who are new or struggling to complete their work
• Designing, monitoring, analysing, and troubleshooting IT systems.
• Interpreting briefs and developing IT systems that meet all specifications and cost requirements.
• Assisting with training and on boarding processes.
• Writing job descriptions for new positions, and assisting with interview and recruitment processes.
• Ensuring staff comply with company, as well as health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintaining, managing, and updating software.
• Supervising digital security and ensuring all anti-viruses and firewalls are regularly updated.
• Supervising the development and maintenance of websites and ensuring the protection of users\' data.
• Analysing existing operations, protocols, and processes, and making plans for improvement.
• Conducting research, attending workshops, and networking with other professionals in the industry.
