About this opportunity

We are looking for a Managed Services Transition and Transformation manager who will be responsible to run multiple Managed -Services transition with Ericsson customers in Market Area Middle East and Africa and or implementing a MS Transformations program for end-to-end managed services improvements including people, process, and Tools.

The needed role is a regional role that helps different Managed Services Chief operational officers or ADM directors to implement programs to expand existing customer scope or full new handover from either incumbent, or directly from customer. This role includes as well running a full improvement plan linked to existing customers contracts and insure outstanding, efficient delivery models, tools and processes are implemented.

What you will do

• To prepare and lead different programs within IT Operations, ADM engagement during initial start of a managed services deals or/and during exiting from managed Services contracts.
• Run a MS solution and delivery model reviews, assessments, audits insuring optimum delivery and outstanding solutions during presales engagement.
• Secure delivery compliance to both contractual and business case requirements during presales and Transition in/out engagements.
• Secure that all internal agreements (Work Level Agreements - WLA) between the MS Customer unit teams and other delivery organizations are signed and reflect the contractual requirements during transition in for Managed services deals.
• Continuously seeking/supporting Managed Services Chief operational officers or ADM directors for operational and financial performance improvement of the delivery solutions in line with contractual and business case expectations for different contracts within Managed Services IT and ADM deals.
• Leading continuous Operational transformation leveraging in Automation, AI, ML for different projects within Market Area Middle East and Africa.
• Lead tools and suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 delivery setup during transition in and transformations programs.

You will bring

• University degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or Telecommunication.
• At least 10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in IT operations, IT Application development, systems integration, and applications and infrastructure LCM.
• At least 8 years of experience leading an organization within the Telecom IT industry with experience in managing Global and Local teams during program execution of Managed Services transition or transformation.
• Experience in Automation in IT operations and Testing
• Experience in working with Global delivery centres.
• IT consulting background is a plus.
• Very strong program management skills.
• Working under aggressive and tied timelines.
• Strong Analyses skills
• Ability to handle functionally a matrix organization.
• Ability to deal with C level customer and internal leaders.
• Entrepreneurial & Commercial Thinking
• Adapting & responding to change
• Interprets business challenges and recommends best practices to improve processes or tools.
• Ability to lead functional teams with moderate resource requirements.
• Must have business understanding and specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise within MS operational delivery, presales and bid management background.
