### Description and Requirements

Title: Managed Services Operations

Location: Bangalore

Role: Managed Services Operations

: Daily, Weekly, Monthly & quarterly reporting and Management Inputs, SLA, Compliance and Utilization reporting. Resource who is expert in capturing the operational data and details for managed services and convert that into meaningful information and support all Operational reporting about LMS team. Operational Data analysis and Management reporting and PPT's.

Core Skills

• Ability to analyze and report the Operational data parameters such utilization, tickets, and report data for all LMS customers.
• Ability to coordinate with team to define, refine, and manage SOPs for day-to-day operations.
• Ability to work with business owners / teams / stakeholders to collect the data for reporting.
• Support team during activities for new site rollout, upgrades, and updates on a need basis.
• Support Operations Management to ensure effective utilization of team resources.
• Ability to track, manage and comply with KPIs, initiatives, projects to meet and report SLAs.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Work with team to track, update and report training and certification requirements.
• Collaborate and be part of periodic various Audits as required for part of LMS operations.
• Ability to convert Data into information and present via PPT which can be utilized for any management reporting.
• Ability to work on billing, invoicing, and reporting of financials of LMS team such as cost, revenue, margins etc
• Ability to understand and drive process, procedures, standardization initiatives.
• Track and report compliance, CSAT, escalations etc
• Knowledge of basics of Data center technologies, IT hardware, services, tools

• Ability to lead and drive for results and client C-SAT is met.
• Ability to lead large and cross-collaboration, matrix teams.
• Independently work and engage with stakeholders directly.
• Mentoring and coaching skills
• Operational Budgeting and cost management
• Staffing and resourcing
• Partner relationships if any

Experience & Skills

• Education: A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience: 10-12 years of working experience; 5-7 Years of Managed services operations
• Excellent command over verbal & written English Language
• Experience with ticketing and reporting tools.
• Skilled in Excel, PPT and information analysis
• Persistent, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
