ECR Support is responsible for general HR activities from the operations standpoint, pertaining to letter generation, maintaining the employee database, generation of MIS reports, follow-up with candidates, tracking progress, relocation arrangements, IT asset allocation, etc. The responsibilities include but are not limited to - Delivering post-selection services to ECR such as LOI release, BGV initiation & tracking, candidate documentation, relocation, and travel assistance, IT asset allocation, etc Maintaining the system database & reports pertaining to candidate documentation and GET feedback as per timelines Providing superior candidate experience by ensuring seamless onboarding of academic interns and candidate query resolution whenever required Adherence to task completion as per defined SLAs and TAT by active collaboration with ECR, support teams, and candidates Liaising with the respective teams (BGV, Offer desk, Admin, IT, etc) to ensure seamless execution & task closure Support in closure of reimbursement & PO for relocation assistance Operational support for creating offer requests of various ECR hire types including requisition management and liaising with the Offer Desk for in-time offer release The ideal candidate must beproficient in working with Microsoft Office tools. He/she must possess good communication, and stakeholder management skills along with strong process orientation and the ability to manage time well during huge volumes.
