A career in our Managed Services team will provide you an opportunity to collaborate with a wide array of teams to help our clients implement and operate new capabilities, achieve operational efficiencies, and harness the power of technology.
Our Solutioning Center of Excellence within the Managed Services Platform will provide you direct interaction with senior leadership and other key stakeholders. You will work with cross-functional teams to execute on priority growth initiatives within this fast-growing platform.

Position Requirements:
Required Skills:
• 0-2 years of experience in IT App, Infra and/or Business Process Transitions
• Project Management, Risk & Budget Management
• ITIL Processes and understanding of Operating Models for Managed Services
• Process Mapping and Re-engineering
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
Preferred Skills:
• Continuous Improvement - CI
• Change Management
• Critical Thinking and Analytical Skills
• Understanding of Technologies (Infra & Or App) and keenness to invest in learning new technologies
• Knowledge of MS Office suite (MPP & Visio in particular)

• Within our global, Managed Services platform, Transition's objective is to successfully enable operations to meet contracted service requirements through the documented solution and demonstrated Operational Readiness prior to Commencement of Service Delivery. Transition operates with quality and within a standard across all towers of the Managed Services Practice regardless of the size of the engagement and the size of the customer.
• As a member of our Transition COE team, we are looking for candidates who thrive working in a high-paced work environment capable of working on complex and diverse transitions and varied roles/capacities. You will have the opportunity to work on multiple engagements (internal and client facing) across various technology/ business process towers.
