Summary As the Global Product Manager for the Value/Performance mammography segment, you will be responsible to define the key strategy to growth our expansion in the market.
You will be responsible for overseeing new product development for our screening/diagnostic portfolio, from concept to market launch. This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, product development, and cross-functional team leadership and plays a critical role in shaping the success and competitiveness of our products, meeting customer needs, and driving business growth. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong leadership abilities.

Work closely with marketing and region teams to create marketing collateral, pricing strategies, and sales training materials.Own financial performance of the product portfolio. Determine product profitability, growth rates, gaps to target, & pipeline health. Achieve orders, revenue and EBIT goals.Market Analysis, Market needs: Define target customer segments and assess market size and growth potential, utilizes various channels to deeply understand the customer needs for each target segmentsProduct Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy and roadmap. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence to shape the product vision. Collaborate with R&D teams to define product specifications, features, and functionalities. All activities that span multiple components and products and are concerned with how to integrate for maximum performance and operability.Manages product and systems requirements, specifications and flow down. Drives validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system level testing.Responsible for defining product requirements for the module / component / subcontractors and partners teams. Manages interface between components and execution organizations.Responsible for driving CTQ / Risk trades within the teams designing the components. Manages the overall product configuration and configuration control system.Developing expertise in own function. May include roles that are experts in their discipline, providing professional or thought leadership .Influences policy and ensures delivery within area of responsibility, linking with other parts of the organization.Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services.
