Role & Responsibilities :1. Ensure that all new joiners ISR/PSRs are given training in the 1st 7 days of joining.2. Ensure that all ISR/PSRs of the assigned territory are given OJT once a quarter.3. Ensure that the sales force has the right and effective tools to fulfill their job delivery in the marketplace and to align skills, behaviours, and capabilities to demonstrate Honasa values.4. Strong coordination with Trade marketing & GTM functions to execute their plans in the field.5. Driving key training projects to enhance effectiveness and field force productivity.Minimum Requirement :1. Educational qualification - Graduate.2. Minimum 5 years of experience in GT sales and some experience in training/capability building/GTM3. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi4. Proficient in MS Powerpoint5.
