Overseeing day-to-day operations of various departments and functions of the mall to ensure that it runs smoothly, efficiently, and profitably.
Ensure that the mall is clean, well-maintained, and safe for visitors and that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
Coordinate with tenants to ensure that their needs are met and that any issues or concerns are addressed within the time frame.
Monitor the finances activities and extend support to collect rent /fees from tenants.
Manages all leasing activities including attracting new tenants, vetting prospective clients, rental negotiations and the development of attractive leasing packages.
Continually monitor tenant mix to ensure commercially profitable to the mall.
Responsible to identify and generate additional revenue by renting out the advertisement & promotional spaces available in the mall.
Ensure customers are satisfied with their shopping experience, and making sure that all complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and effectively within the time frame.
Plan and oversee events at the mall, such as sales, promotions, or other special events designed to increase the footfall.
Develop and implement marketing strategies both offline and online for promoting the mall and Game zones separately to attract new customers.
Ensure the mall is in compliance with all local, state, and departmental regulations, including building codes, safety & health regulations, and employment laws.
Ensuring the safety and security of the mall, including developing and implementing security procedures, coordinating with local law enforcement, and resolving any security concerns.
Stay up-to-date with trends in the retail industry, and work to adapt the mall\'s offerings and services to meet changing customer needs and preferences.
Maintain effective media relations by fielding media calls and preparing responses, as directed by the Mall Management
Prepare the action plan with budget on weekly, monthly, quarterly basis and submit to the Management for approval.
Prepare and submit MIS reports on regular intervals as per the management requirement.
Conduct daily /weekly/monthly meeting with the team to plan the activities and review the task/efforts/results
Foster positive relationships with property owners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Maintain accurate records of leases, permits, and other legal documents.
