: Mall Head

Overview: We are seeking a proactive and experienced Mall Head to oversee the operations and management of a prominent shopping mall. The Mall Head will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning, tenant satisfaction, and overall profitability of the mall.

Responsibilities: As the Mall Head, your key responsibilities include:

• Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the mall, including maintenance, security, and cleanliness to maintain high standards.
• Tenant Relations: Manage tenant relationships, address concerns, and ensure lease compliance.
• Financial Management: Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-effective measures to maximize profitability.
• Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract foot traffic and enhance tenant visibility.
• Customer Experience: Ensure a positive customer experience through effective management of amenities, services, and events.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensure compliance with local regulations, health, and safety standards.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports for management, detailing operational and financial performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in mall management or related retail property management.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Proven track record in financial management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Pay: ?80,000.00 - ?100,000.00 per month
