Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Execute outbound calls to prospective clients, presenting our IT services and solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships, understanding their needs.
• Achieve and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Provide detailed product information and handle inquiries.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads.
• Keep accurate records of conversations and sales in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on industry trends and our company's offerings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telemarketing Executive in the IT industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software.
• Goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of IT products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
