The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, from job posting to on boarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Key Responsibilities: - Manage job postings across various platforms - Source and screen candidates - Coordinate interviews and assessments - Extend offers and negotiate salaries - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures - Maintain accurate records and reports - Collaborate with hiring managers and other stakeholders
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in HR or related field - 1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in recruitment software and tools
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
